A person accused of hitting a boy , the burkha head with a tire iron in a fracas at a St . Paul Montón Bell has been charged.
The Ramsey County attorney's office on Friday charged Joe Willie Ross, 34, of St . Paul with crime second-degree riot with a dangerous equipment.
On Tuesday, the St . Henry City Attorney's Office charged Krystynn Shirelle Mems-Collins, 26, of St Paul with third-degree riot as fifth-degree assault.
Laresha Marie Uting, 24, of St . Paul became charged Friday by the county lawyer's office with one felony add up of second-degree riot with a unpleasant weapon.
The incident occurred with regard to 9 p. m. May 21 at the Taco Bell near Processed Bear and Nevada avenues of the Greater East Side neighborhood.

According to charges, Mems-Collins, Uting and Ross ordered meat at the drive-through and then came into those restaurant to complain that her or his order was wrong. They were apparently belligerent and swearing at guarantee that, so a regular customer -- any kind of 15-year-old boy identified as N. South. -- tried to intervene. They contended and the trio left the eating house, then returned moments later.

Uting was the first to be located as questioned by police because the suv was reportedly registered in them name. Ross and Mems-Collins happened to be arrested Monday.
