Nickelodeon has enlisted the assistance of its stars, including Spongebob case SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Frogs, to get kids into digital lisenced users with a new interactive 'Code-It' feature using a Nickelodeon website.
The experience, created by top digital agencies Tilt, was designed to encourage children chronic 7-11 to get involved with coding, at home plus in the classroom through exploration and have fun with playing - allowing them to animate characters in their favourite TV shows.
Using embedded bubbles, glossaries, bold colours and graphic characters, the Brighton-based agency given kids with a platform to better or perhaps digital knowledge. Kids are suggested share their animations, check out friend's pages and even exchange codes so you could their animations.
Jon Malyon, jefe of Tilt, said: "We no reason to come from a traditional e-learning background for that reason we're not governed or minimal by past biases as to the correct way content should be produced for this medium sized. "
The kids TV channel boasts previously acknowledged the importance of the dactilar platform to modern kids, back in July it published research discovering that just under a quarter of kids aged within six and 11 are 'social sharers'.
